It sounds like that $2.1 billion is on GW Bush.

GW Bush already made $12 billion dollars disappear in Iraq in a similar way.

And I would bet a large percentage of those "outside contractors" are Dick Cheney's boys.

The OP is a birther. Facts have no place in his reality.

It doesn't have to mention her. She was head of the State Department when the money started to go missing. She is accountable.

OR one can stop reading biased news along with "sources" and go read the actual document from the auditors.

They said $6 billion over the past 6 years.
That would be 2 from Bush and 4 from Obama.

We did.

Democrats didn't. They either didn't show up, or took the fifth, and generally kept very quiet about what they knew.

Well that link I posted did give some indication to other documents.
But you'd have to go digging to get the exact figures.

And I wouldn't even go so far to point a finger at any President for how agencies run their day to day business.
Individuals should be held accountable. I'm sure there are dept heads whose sole job is to monitor contracts.

And this isn't something new just uncovered either. We always get the odd story here and there about extravagant government contract costs..like nails, toilets or parts we could have purchased at the local Home Depot for $1.00 or so.

The bigger an entity is the easier it is to get away with stuff like this.

Bigger question remains - weren't you equally outraged by all those 'other' Benghazi's provided above?
