... only to find out it was a bus full of kids going to the YMCA summer camp. I bet those swimming lessons, archery lessons and three-legged races are a real threat to our "way of life..."

Nice to see the "we don't need government" folks taking governing and law enforcement in to their own hands...

At one point, several buses approached the protesters, driving east. The crowd started to confront the buses but the protesters were told the buses were carrying kids from the YMCA.

"How do we know it's the YMCA?" a few protesters shouted, but the buses were allowed to continue east on the highway.
Babeu keeps peace but buses with migrant kids a no-show

I certainly agree that the children need to be returned to their countries of origin. But angry mobs of morons is certainly not helping anybody. A little compassion goes a long way.

Yes. Quite a stand. YMCA summer camps... That's the real enemy.

How about we just don't have angry mobs confronting children at all? How about congress works on repealing the 2007 law that Bush signed that is slowing down the process...

It's because Americans have been pushed to the limit and are angry so they are striking out. Mistakes can be made but that it understandable. It's the fault of our government if one wants to demonize or put the blame on anyone it belongs there. They aren't enforcing our immigration laws so what do you expect?

Xenophobia has nothing to do with it as we allow in over 1 million legal immigrants from all over the world annually.

What happen to all the FEMA trailers. Let me guess good enough for American CITIZENS but not good enough for illegals.

Why are they so angry? I'm not angry. It's a problem that needs to be solved. I'm not going to take that out on a group of children who don't know their ass from their elbow...

If they are so angry why aren't they protesting in front of the hundreds of thousands of employers who create the demand in the first place?
