This is essentially their job.
And this president has NEVER spent money that congress hasn't allocated. Right.....

No you don't. And not being able to find out is part of the problem.

Don't get me wrong, I am in favor of securing our border similar to the NK/SK border, we could shift our military from other parts of the world, it's about time they started doing that themselves.

The infrastructure needed would be in the BILLIONS.
Here are some ideas from the bill. Ironically it calls for the National Guard to get involved, which is what some 'conservatives' here called for. Yes, obviously it will cost money.

Additional U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers are added - 3,500 additional federal law enforcement officers to be trained by 2017

Authorization for the National Guard to be deployed to the Southwest border for the following purposes:

(1) to construct fencing, including double-layer and triple-layer fencing;

(2) to increase ground-based mobile surveillance systems;

(3) to deploy additional unarmed, unmanned aerial systems and manned aircraft sufficient to maintain continuous surveillance of the Southern Border;

(4) to deploy and provide capability for radio communications interoperability between U.S. Customs and Border Protection and State, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies;

(5) to construct checkpoints along the Southern border to bridge the gap to long-term permanent checkpoints; and

(6) to provide assistance to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, particularly in rural,high-trafficked areas, as designated by the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
  • Authorizes and funds border crossing prosecutions and related court costs in the Tucson Sector at a level sufficient to increase the average number of prosecutions from 70 a day to 210 a day ($50 million from the $3 billion Border Security Fund). It also provides increased funding for Operation Stonegarden to assist state and local law enforcement to help prevent illegal activity along the border.
  • Provides additional funding for additional border patrol stations and forward operating bases to interdict individuals entering the United States unlawfully immediately after such individuals cross the Southern border and to provide full operational support in rural, high-trafficked areas.
  • Provides funding for vital radio communications and interoperability between CBP -Office of Border Patrol and state, local, and tribal law enforcement to assist in apprehension efforts along the border

That bill already exists as law now.
It was made into law in 1986.

Now we just need to enforce the employer part of the law.
When that happens, you will see a little violence and theft right before the mass self deportation.

Those that put them to work, allowing them to be in that line, would sure be able to find out and place them on a road back home to their country of origin, by not allowing them to work.

It most certain is.

The Constitution further provides that once a law is duly enacted, by both Houses of Congress passing it and the President signing it, the President’s duty is to take care that the law is “faithfully executed.” That is why the Constitution calls the President’s Administration the “Executive Branch.”

America's Constitutional Crisis - Forbes

The President must "take care that the laws be faithfully executed."[19] This clause in the Constitution imposes a duty on the President to take due care while executing laws and is called the Take Care Clause,[20] also known as the Faithful Execution Clause[21] or Faithfully Executed Clause.[22] This clause is meant to ensure that a law is faithfully executed by the President,[20] even if he disagrees with the purpose of that law.

I asked you a question several times, but no answer. Do you, or do you not want to give this president a blank check to build a 1000 mile fence and employ as many federal workers as he sees fit to stop illegal immigration?
And I answered more than once. I want the president to faithfully execute the laws we have in place. That is his job.

Might get everify required but that is easily beaten by known techniques. ie BIL ss number.

If the regular employers are successfully stopped they go to subcontractor situations. Works in all sorts of industries...construction, landscaping, janitorial, strip club dancers, RE Agents, Fed EX drivers. Could stop this by banning independent subcontractors. However that is another legislative battle that won't be won.

Bottom of the line the illegals can survive anything you can throw at them short of a dragnet deportation.

How did President Eisenhower do it so efficiently?

All it takes, is to actually elect people with balls to do it. The first guy or gal running for office, that suggest this seizure of all business and personal assets of those employing illegal aliens, is going to be a big hit with all the working men & women. The media will be all over them with edited snippets and attacks at first and then blackouts, so they get ZERO airtime.

We have seen it before, when you go against corporate fascist America and their need for cheap labor.

GOV'T SPENT $18 BILLION ON IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT

Gov't spent $18 billion on immigration enforcement

If they can not better enforce the borders with $18 billion dollars we need to find someone that can.

Sounds great doesn't it? It's even the law in Arizona where a business is put out of business for hiring illegals. Think we have no illegals working here? LOL. It doesn't work if it is not enforced. It is not enforced because the people who hold the strings of our puppet politicians won't let it. There's profits at stake. Wan't to know how many businesses the Almighty Sheriff Joe has closed down under the law? Hint: you don't need any fingers to count them.

We had two businesses busted here. The auction selling off the houses and the cars of the owner wasn't too long ago. They weren't needed in prison.

In the second the building of a Holiday Inn was delayed when word spread that an inspector was there and all the help fled.
