So...what was moron mommy charged with? You know, the idiot that let her unsupervised toddler try to hug a dog that she has no knowledge of the history of?

Yeah that gets back to the point. I would never let my little kid around any mutt unless it was mine in my home. I'm sure a lawsuit beckons........all folks seem to care about anymore.

Not likely as both parties were transients taking up residence in the parking lot.

Stories like this are heartbreaking.
You're seriously going to blame a 19 month old for not knowing how to interact with a pit bull?

They'll take up a collection for the child instead. They'll get their money.

Have you ever had a toddler. Mommy isn't necessarily a moron. Perhaps she was just distracted for a moment. I once looked the other way and my 2 year old disappeared in a mall. They had the whole mall shut down before we found her. She had decided to climb into a clothing rack and play hide and seek. All it takes is looking away for a moment with a toddler.

Yeah, I was surprised the businesses allow people to camp in their parking lot.

According to a statement in the news the man who was supposed to be watching the toddler was drunk. They sell leashes for kids, he should have been on one.

Yeah, because homeless transients ask permission.
