Having wanted sex? No. Having unwanted sex? Yes, rape or sexual assault. Unless men are complete idiots, they should know when it's wanted or unwanted sex. It's really not that difficult. Quit making excuses.
When females learn to not get intoxicated while having sex, there will be less false accusations.
Of course they do, it's females that don't most of the time. They just want to be professional victims.
What about rape or assault do you not understand? The woman isn't raping herself, it's being done TO her. Which means, the man has a choice to either rape or not rape, alcohol isn't even a factor. Capisce?

Most females don't. Most I know are well capable of taking care of themselves, see themselves as responsible adults and take responsibility for their actions. Including not getting drunk, sleeping with someone, deciding the next day that regret having sex with that person and crying rape. The "professional victims" are only a small percentage of women, and are usually "activist types" creating issues to seem relevant.

You have to question though if there was even a sexual assault. Some of these laws make no sense. And you act like it's only men who rape.

I'm going to go out on a limb here & assume that you understand that men raping women is indeed a higher percentage than women raping men. Surely you understand that, correct? You know it's wrong, you know men can't seriously be that stupid that they can't distinguish right from wrong, you're arguing just for the sake of arguing. It's redundant.

The government and mainstream media ignores the actual percentage of females who do rape.

Given that we are now "expanding" rape to include anyone that had sex when drunk and later decided that they regretted their actions...are you sure that your statement is true? I know plenty of guys that have gotten drunk and done things they wish they hadn't and regretted their actions.

Why don't you give us the numbers then, ok? In the meantime, why don't you admit that men should be able to make the correct decision to not assault or rape a woman regardless of what she's wearing, how she's acting or if she is drunk or not. Can you admit that men should be able to use their big beefy brains enough to understand that very very very very simple decision? If you can't admit that then that says a lot about the male species now doesn't it? Basically, that they're idiots.
