Evidence...ain't it a b*tch. So much for the assassinated while running away mantra. Not that it matters-the haters don't want facts. Much like Martin, when all the actual evidence pointed to him being the perpetrator in a violent assault, facts don't stop the haters for calling for the murder of an innocent person.
All those witnesses that saw him shot in the back, executed in broad daylight.
Two items of importance not mentioned yet:
(1) From the pathologist:
“In my capacity as the forensic examiner for the New York State Police, I would say, ‘You’re not supposed to shoot so many times,’ ” said Dr. Baden, who retired from the state police in 2011. “Right now there is too little information to forensically reconstruct the shooting.”
He also found no gunshot residue, which means shots were fired from a distance, which means the cop at the time he fired was NOT in danger.

Entire paragraph below
The bullets did not appear to have been shot from very close range because no gunpowder was present on his body. However, that determination could change if it turns out that there is gunshot residue on Mr. Brown’s clothing, to which Dr. Baden did not have access.

Since what you copied contained the critical word IF, I did not post it. I stayed within the quotes that were absolute statements.
