What interest does the government has in "rigging" the game? The government isn't a profit-driven entity. The government doesn't earn profit. We get the government we elect. Keep electing politicians that serve the rich and corporations, keep expanding corporatism in government.
Got it?
The government is not interested in money as a profit. They profit by increasing their power over everything. Monry means nothing to them. Witness the ever increasing of printing money and putting us further in debt.
Like I said.. the government makes policy on what we want them too. We elect politicians that serve the rich and corporations. Why are you surprised at the result?
Which is it? The government creates the problem or it does not. You have stated both. Getting dizzy from your spinning?
Incorrect. It does exactly what you elect it to. You want a government that suppresses wages, denies health care, and outsources jobs. You got exactly what you voted for.
But, I only have one vote. I am a one-vote person, according to the U.S. Supreme Court.
How can I compete with the billions of dollar-votes coming from Corporation persons?
Are Democrats blocking limits on campaign contributions?
Clue for you: limiting campaign contributions is another example of the federal government attempting to limit freedom.
For someone who claims to be a libertarian, you have a very strange set of values. I think you need to re-evaluate your position as a libertarian because in my entire time on this forum every single opinion I've ever seen you voice has been straight out statist big government.
I'll repeat the question.. since clearly you didn't answer.
How do you prevent monopolies? There is no competition in capitalism. The guy with the biggest wallet buys his competition.
They can always say no. But the stockholders always say yes.
Then his bought out competition, becomes his competition again with the money spent to buy them out.
No compete clauses are only are good as how many corporations you want to hide behind.
Then the buyout happens again and the little guy becomes bigger and bigger till one day he buys out his competition and the cycle repeats itself.
