What we have is a 2 party system... I was very disappointed in Bush but at the end of the day who is going to nominate and confirm judges closer to your values as a libertarian to the SCOTUS. Democarts or Republicans.

She didn't. She just checked a box in college because she was *told by her family* she was part Native American. She just can't trace it back with legal documents.

No different than a child of wealthy parents reporting their own much lower income and assets on the FAFSA because their parents aren't paying for college.

No, that you CAN trace back with legal documents to prove fraud. Warren's heritage has never been disproven. Many people in the USA do not have "official Native American papers" yet still are told by family they are Native American and believe it as such.

It's really not up to others to disprove she isn't. It's up to her to prove her claims are true.
