True conservatives are appalled at the level of control and influence banks and corporations have over the government, however most Republicans believe in corporatism instead of conservatism. Big business has convinced the American public, through their useful idiots in the media and Washington, to consistently vote against their own self interest and the interest of their nation. The GOP has completely sold out to the banks and big business and over the past 15-20 years the Democrats have been doing the same thing. Nominating Hillary Clinton would be the crowning triumph of the Wall St. Democrats.

Yeah, makes about as much sense.

Really? Look into the percentage of the vote that Libertarians have gotten in every Presidential election they have ever run someone in. What do they win? They win when they join the Republican party where they actually can forward the Libertarian ideals. Other wise they are just a bunch of self defeating spoilers making noise but not a difference.

Keep on voting against your best interests. Then keep on complaining when you do. Whatever. Look at the way Boehner took you for granted. He knows he can do whatever he wants and you will continue to vote to keep him in power. Lie to you? Vote R anyway.

Pocahontas.
But does the wise and brave squaw woman have the wampum it takes?

My question is why doesn't she live on a reservation in New Mexico with her wise and brave peoples of her tribe?

Ron Paul supported limited government.

I think the Democrat party will ignore Warren just as the GOP ignored Ron Paul. That may or may not be a good thing.

Lobbyists write the majority of legislation. Most Reps and Senators are lucky if they can recall their talking points. Their primary job is fund raising for themselves and party. He who demonstrates the proven ability to raise the most money, including dark money, is more likely to get their party's nomination.
Warren is an uber "Progressive" (Marxist/socialist), so of course she doesn't support limited government.

What is "dark money?" Define, please.

How do lobbyists write legislation?

Do you ever contact your representative or Senators to express your concerns or opinions?

Where are the legal documents proving Elizabeth Warren is a Native American? There are none, otherwise known as FRAUD. No different than FAFSA fraud.

Exactly. She can't. She committed fraud to both get into a more prestigious school, and to further her academic career.

That is not the only reason she lost. I'm so much more satisfied who replaced her in the Senate.
