This post is on NYC PD you're way off topic.

Exactly. Most people get in trouble with the po-po would reconsider their avocation. Not this dip****, he went full retard.

Some of the charges: Assault, resisting arrest, grand larceny, driving without a license, MJ possession, false impersonation and the aforementioned selling a little ciggy here or there.

That being said, he did not deserve to die and did not deserve to be handled in that manner. But, when your arrest record approaches your IQ, it may be time to just go along to get along.

But he's black which means our white media overlords tell us that he's barely above literacy level, can't get an ID, and generally needs his hand held his entire life...by a liberal of course. Conservatives are racist, dont forget to rock the vote!

Yes...................... "less harassment".

Apparently you were never in NYC in the '70s and early '80s. It was dirty, crime was high, drug dealers freely roamed the streets (smoke, dope, meth, speed, pill chant), and prostitutes came up to your car after 9 pm.

We always carried guns into the city, because it was not safe. The town stunk of garbage and urine and was a crap hole.

Gulliani turned the place into a very safe city. Tourists could take out cameras, dress like non-New Yorkers, and walk the streets with no fear. NYC turned into Disney Land North.

Currently, we cancelled two trips to NYC for 2015 due to concern over safety. DeBlasio is such a moron that he will kill the city over political correctness and idiocy. Let's see how NYC fares economically under DeBlasio.

Liberals destroy everything they touch- when will US citizens ever learn?

....I think we will have an interesting little civics experiment play out here. From stop and frisk and broken window policing to...eh, whatever.

I'm sure the criminal element in NYC won't take advantage of this. Crime is down so much, there probably isn't any criminal element left.

New York will soon return to the seedy cesspool of the 1970s. I guess the strip clubs and adult bookstores will return to Times Square.

They don't "feel safe" doing their jobs? Now they know how some of the citizens feel when they see a cop.

I bet 90% of the population has NEVER had an encounter with a police officer. If you don't flaunt the law, you have no problem.

The police did not kill him. He had a heart attack on the way to the hospital due to his pre-existing health problems.
