The point is that in contemporary society, it has become acceptable to slander men in ways that are not acceptable when aimed at women.
I think that is true, perhaps a backswing from slander aimed at women when that was acceptable?

I will say I am tired of seeing the depiction of "dumb ol' dad" in every family movie or sitcom. It's just not necessary, and I think it is damaging.

The day little boys are brought up to do the dishes, help with meals, clean up, and do 1/2 of the household chores, then we will be approaching parity. I haven't seen any movement in that direction in the children of our extended family. As long as a guy thinks he's "too good" to do the dishes, he will internalize that he's superior to the woman who gets stuck with the chore 100% of the time.

Real men should help around the house. Real women do not want their man doing housework.

Men should do manly things. It's just what we do.

Feigning ignorance of our society's widespread cultural bias against men remains disingenuous.
Well I say that society has a widespread cultural bias against women, substantially more so than men. In fact, I'd go on to say that any anti-male bias in society is trivial by comparison. Of course I won't elaborate, because I consider this so obvious that anyone who doesn't accept it is just feigning ignorance of the truth.

You made the assertion, the burden of proof is upon you.

Failure to wear your own pants is whose fault?

Then why is it considered "bad" if men become more "feminine" ??????

Spend some time in NJ if you want to see an over-abundance of female cell phne yappers.

Especially while driving.

I don't know any women who consider a feminine man desirable.

Or any men who get hot over a masculine woman

A: YOU don't know all women (or many) or all men.

B: Your post does not address my questioning response to Yel so why quote it?

C(the MOST important point): The definitions of "masculine" and "feminine" are NOT written in stone, they are NOT a law.

I have found that some people have very wacky , ridiculous, stupid, sexist old-fashioned ideas on what those definitions are ....and some people have a more intelligent, enlightened, open, progressive view ....Why! Some men think intelligent women who make a lot of money are "masculine" or physically strong women are masculine or women who expect men to pick up their own dirty underwear are masculine...see how ridiculous it is???

Men will always become feminine to the degree that they are taken care of by a nanny welfare government. It stifles typical masculine traits such as self-reliance, independence, ambition and productivity.
