Undecided voters are sitting back in awe right now of how die hard Democrats are ignoring this entire situation. People who are honestly trying to decide who to vote for won't support someone who openly destroyed evidence that was under subpoena for an investigation.

There is no excuse for what took place, it's crooked as hell and the left wing Hillary supporters we have here on CD know it, you guys would love for this to all just go away. It's not going away, people are paying attention to this and it will rightfully come up during the election.

Indeed.

Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.
Why?
“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

But it isn't most dems who will vote to give her the nomination, it's a small subset of decision makers who probably don't care about integrity or at least not nearly as much as they do about power and winning.

And if she does get the nomination do you really think that most dems won't vote for her anyway? There have been dems here who have stated outright that they'd vote for a crooked democrat over an honest republican, I'm sure most of them feel the same way.

If you are involved in some "bad" activities, you sure in hell arent coming forward to disclose the emails if your the recipient
The email server keeps a log of the recipients, and the ISP also keeps a log.

If you are telling me that Clinton deleted:
1. All emails
2. All server logs
3. All backups
4. All archives

This would be deliberate act to conceal or destroy records.

Why do you think she took the extraordinary step to set up her own private email server, register her own domain and house that server in a location that she controlled all outside of the reach of government investigators?

Why do you think she physically printed the thousands of emails that she did turn over? Because you can't track data, ISPs, IP addresses or even validity on a piece of paper.

There is ZERO explanation of why this was done other than corruption and crooked politics.

Well it is her server and she said she gave all the important emails over to the State Dept.

She did one better than Lois though

She had approval, and orders, from high up.

Higher than the White House.

You can bet that Hillary has the best of the best working for her to make sure whatever was on that server is now permanently gone and destroyed. At least the Clintons didn't have to kill anyone this time around... not yet at least.

Approval from who to do what? Approval to break just about every rule on the books? Approval to create what appears to be the most crooked situation ever? Approval to destroy thousands of emails that were under subpena during an investigation with little more than a "trust me" in reply?

Approval and orders to set it up that way in the first place.

Don't be so naive.

To operate that criminally, and get away with it, you need power.

She got da juice.

Law is one of the lowest forms of power.
