Affirmative Action is banned in CA, FL, WA, TX, AZ, MI, NE, NH, ID, OK.

There was some mention of Affirmative Action for Univ of Ca - Davis in this thread. Affirmative Action became illegal in CA in 1996.

Sorry but this doesn’t sound right. If the girl was really number 4, then they would have automatically taken her, as that is the policy. If she didn’t get in, there was likely something she did not do or did poorly. People should stop blaming black people for their shortcomings but guess that’s an American pastime. Abigail Fishers abound.
