Is there a reason why you withheld the actual counts?

How much time have you ever spent in predominantly-black urban neighborhoods? (It's rhetorical; I'm not asking for an answer to that.) Or how often have you crossed paths with violent gangs, black or white, during the 'wilding' fad of the early nineties that targeted white areas of town? How many of those packs were white?

The actual count is not relevant. But I believe there were 15 or so arrests. And neither my brother or I are in that number. But that is a long and complex story that is all white guys and sheds no light on this thread.

I grew up in a neighborhood where the park was shared with a black neighborhood. Either get along or kill each other. We got along.

I also lived about 7 years as an adult in a neighborhood that was 80% or more black. Even went through a race riot on the wrong side of the police lines.
