The actual count is not relevant. But I believe there were 15 or so arrests. And neither my brother or I are in that number. But that is a long and complex story that is all white guys and sheds no light on this thread.
I grew up in a neighborhood where the park was shared with a black neighborhood. Either get along or kill each other. We got along.
I also lived about 7 years as an adult in a neighborhood that was 80% or more black. Even went through a race riot on the wrong side of the police lines.

I've experienced urban living demographics weighted more heavily black, but for maybe 8.5 years. But my experiences in both white and black urban settings and white suburban settings is that I can count on just one hand the number of times fists have been thrown at me (or on one occasion a kitchen knife held to my neck) by people who weren't black.
You're missing the point. If this was 4 white kids beating up the black teenager it would be on the news 24/7 for the next 2 weeks and we'd see an endless parade of the typical race baiters like Sharpton trying to blame whitey for all the problems in the black community.
