This past week, I actually had a student come forward after a university chapel service and complain because he felt “victimized” by a sermon on the topic of 1 Corinthians 13. It appears that this young scholar felt offended because a homily on love made him feel bad for not showing love. In his mind, the speaker was wrong for making him, and his peers, feel uncomfortable.
An open letter to the students written by -- Dr. Everett Piper, President where he said...
Our culture has actually taught our kids to be this self-absorbed and narcissistic. Any time their feelings are hurt, they are the victims. Anyone who dares challenge them and, thus, makes them “feel bad” about themselves, is a “hater,” a “bigot,” an “oppressor,” and a “victimizer.”
we, the American taxpayers have the dis honore of funding these institutions of indoctrination. I think it's time
the state legislatures get the message--defund these day cares and let these lil' darlin's work for their tutition
Theres whiners everywhere. I've gotten into arguments with friends over this, I have a hard time comprehending how we should encourage people in this behavior. But the important thing is...these are a tiny minority. The VAST majority are in their kicking butt and taking names, their concerns are passing their classes, and their major complaints are about relevant things like the cost of books.

And yet everybody plays the edition game, chock full of quantitative errors and typos. While letting their campuses become highly-compensated rats nests for unions and admins and occupiers, and their physical plants more luxurious.

That tiny minority is getting an education that I could never dream of getting and they still b*tch. Some people no matter what will never be happy. Let them have their "safe space". At least they'll be safely away from other people with the sense to be there to learn.

I agree. If colleges like these: Oklahoma Wesleyan University - Top Christian College are receiving tax payer money, that should stop. Only public universities should receive funding. Figures is it a college kid at a Christian university who has that "poor me the victim" complex.

LOL, yep, he's taking lessons from the ivy school snowflakes. Hey, can't blame him from trying the snowflake card.
There might be a problem with some college age students but "snowflake" is tired and unoriginal.
