So you are suggesting poaching and arson in addition to trespass and theft?

Water - have you seen all the snow on the ground?

Fuel - I see lots of wood and brush.

Communications - what would that accomplish?

Power - These people look like they know how to start a fire.

Arson? SMH, another leftist who would never survive a night in the woods, and would burn down the entire forest just trying to stay warm.

But you are cool with poaching?

You seem to think of yourself as quite the outdoorsman, how many nights did you spend under canvas (nylon) last year?

This little bunch of sad saps are going to sit out there on the high desert and freeze their butts off for a while longer, but there will never be federal agents coming over the hill to attack them.

They'll start fighting among each each other pretty soon- there was already a fist fight that put one threeper in the hospital- and then they will all just give it up and go away.

Just like what happened at the Bundy ranch in Nevada 18 months ago. It all ended up in a bunch of penis waving over who was the biggest and toughest while they hung around drinking beer, getting in the Bundy family's way while they were trying to harvest their melon crop, and begging money to go home again.

The feds know who all these guys are and where they live. The agents can arrest them in their own good time, after they are sure the arrest warrants will stick. And then, every one of those idiots will go broke defending themselves in court.

Since none of them have two dimes to rub together, spending thousands in lawyer money will make them think twice about making another stupid display of arms afterward.

What you get when you throw a party and no one comes?

I've been in that area, and it's nothing but sagebrush and extreme weather, where winter can last 9 months.
But if you think the sagebrush needs watering, then why not go out there yourself and join them? You can leave any time you want, and as long as you stay out of the buildings, you won't commit a crime.

You already own the refuge, just like all the rest of us do. Buy a bird book to while away lots of wasted hours of your life.

Just be sure to bring lots of Cheetos and warm socks. Gonna be real cold for a long time out there.
Good points, the best thing is to be patient and at some point they will realize how foolish they look, in the mean time this is great entertainment and great material for comedy central. Judging from the size of those guts I don't think this is the lifestyle they are accustomed. I assume they are not football fans or maybe their teams are out of it.

By the way loved the dramatics, short hear round the world, rolled up on the FBI LOL.
Good news is that they made it easier on the FBI to track them.

I am fine with people harvesting animals to feed themselves at any time.

Why would he? I'll bet it's rather comfortable in his Mom's basement .

And if that leads to a population collapse and no more game animals, you are fine with that too? This is exactly why we have land managers.

These guys are not "survivors". Until recently, Bundy lived in Laveen, a working class suburb of Phoenix. His pal is also a city slicker from Phoenix whose claim to fame is leading a demonstration to honor the Constitution by interfering with peoples' rights to worship freely. The closest to wilderness they have been is a trip to Cabelas to buy some camo clothing.

.
Clearly you've never done it. Do you have any concept on how much snow it takes to make any amount of consumable water?

If someone is hungry I support them feeding themselves. The sky is not going to fall.
