Who says they have the right in the first place to claim that land as THEIRS?

The Constitution of the US does. That was a direct quote from it.

That land was never OWNED by the US. Like I said. According to that they can come in to my home and say we want this its ours you and your family need to leave. Then we would have another Oregon situation here. Well with more scattered bodies near the door etc.

Yea, we all know who the trigger happy, guilty until you prove your innocent thugs in black are. Wannabe Rambo's who can't wait for disarmed targets and total domination.

I will say that Sheriffs still got it together, and they tend to stand up against the Feds. Rural cops used to be the thugs, now it's the city cops.
