The whining about snowflakes somehow reminds me of a fruit rotting. I'd prefer being a snowflake over being a rotten apple, because one rotten apple...

But most of them aren't genuine snowflakes, and they aren't really looking for safe spaces. Lacking the ability to compete at college intellectually, they are using other means to dominate their environments.

...they may speak the language of social justice when they wring another "safe space" out of an institution, but their subsequent glorying and redoubled disdain reveal they understand what is happening, and they love it: they are wielding power. They're more scary than scared, and they know it. They delight in it.

I believe these women will ultimately be proven on the right track.

Civilization progresses and advances through less tolerance over time of the violent and hostile actions of the past.

Look at any other species and the hostility and violence tolerated within that species by its members toward one another.

We are more advanced because we tolerate less (or at least try) hostility toward one another than other species.

I applaud these women and their fight to make civilization more humane.

When someone is allowed to offend us verbally, yes, that's right, we should have a fit.

If we were a real civilization we would act like it toward one another.

Let's not pretend we're civilized when we're not.
