Newsmax is a private company and everyone knows an individual's Constitutional rights are eliminated when you are in or working for a private company. In reality they are nonexistent if your are working for the government as well.
I consider this to be a complete abomination and a curse on free people everywhere.
well, perhaps not on your nickle, but on the amount of money DML was making for them? I find it hard to believe that people refuse to understand what motivates business, media, radio talk show hosts...at the end of the day, any more in this world, it isn't about doing what is right any longer, it's about "THE MONEY".
DML was reporting something they didn't want Americans to know....regardless of their political affiliation...
Kind of what the GOP is trying to do to Trump. They want to stop supporting him, failing to recognize the man is making them a lot of money. Without Trump they would be dull and broke! What idiots, then they put a couple of unknown people to run in a late race. The GOP is losing it!
I just saw the clip of his last show and it truly saddens me. Regardless of what side of the political spectrum you are on, the man has true integrity.

What are you talking about? There are tons of anti Obama comments all over facebook. Infowars has a facebook page. Their TV show has its own separate facebook page. Let me guess, you came to your erronious conclusion after being told so by several different 'non main stream" media outlets. You posted a non functioning link to a non state sponsored media outlet hosting an article about state censorship of the media. Seriously? Look up the term "critical thinking".

Lynch went off script and said "Fox was the best weapon for the Conservative movement".
In other words, he praised his employer's competitor and did so while on the air, under contract to Newsmax.

Moreover, many employee agreements have both non-disparage and non-compete clauses. the network should sue him. Heck, that is what Trump has done and would do.
