And thank God for that. Imagine being run by Hollywood celebrities who don't live in the real world. I don't think they could have a film industry without coal. It goes into so many things, even the video tape they put movies on.

You only need to get 38 other states to agree with you or do end run around the Constitution with a pact between enough states that have 270 votes.
The news gets even worse, House seats and the electoral college votes that go along with them are allocated based on total population which includes illegal immigrants. Estimates are that Californian has about 5 extra seats and votes. If Trump deports enough illegal immigrants Californian and other states that have heavy illegal populations will lose seats and electoral votes. Estimates also suggest most will be redistributed to red/purplish states. The next census is 2020 but if I understand correctly will not take affect until 2021.
