The Trump campaign organization was a fractious bunch of people, and the disarray has been carried into the White House.
I don't expect some of his staff to last very long.
I don't expect Trump will continue his old ways, either. He didn't realize what the scrutiny that is part of the Presidency is when he arrived, but I'm sure he's very aware of it now. I hope his hide becomes thicker soon, because he has a lot to accomplish, and he didn't get off to a very good start.

Wrong. 30 million people watched Trump's inauguration on TV, and at least 16 million live-streamed it. That's more than watched any other inauguration in U.S. history.
People were calling for gays to be quarantined in concentration camps when Reagan was president, and he could easily have done that but he didn't.
It was probably just as well that he kept silent. Talking about it might have stirred the anti-gay yahoos up.
There is no evidence that Reagan was anti-gay. He was from Hollywood, and certainly had lots of friends who were gay. His own son was gay.
I find all this Reagan bashing from the gay community to be especially distasteful.
Heavy drug use and promiscuity were the norm in the big cities among gay men in the late seventies/early eighties, and STDs of all kinds were rampant.
You can't live that way and then suddenly be outraged that you're sick and everyone is supposed to drop everything and make it priority number one to help you.

I believe you're thinking of the mid-'90s, so, about a decade and half off. Of course it was possible to stream the inauguration in 2009. But thanks for your input. Alternative facts are always highly entertaining.
