That's their continuing story line, and they wonder why Trump won

... which is why the police exercised good judgment in never officially naming the two suspects in custody. Investigate first.

I don't see the Quebec police making the right-winger claim.

Odds say it is an Islamist:

So far in North America since 2000 over 3135 people have been killed by Islamist attacks, many were Muslim.

So for in North America 1 self admitted White Supremacist has killed a person because he was a Muslim.

So for in North America 3 Islamist have been killed while trying to fake attacks on Muslims and blaming them on the Right

"So far in North America since 2000 over 3135 people have been killed by Islamist attacks, many were Muslim."
And the toll rises: It's now over 3140 people killed in North America by Islamist extremist. And the number of Right wing extremist killing of Muslims in North America remains at "1"

Of course not. Investigate first. Find out if anyone else is involved or if there are connections to others who pose a future danger. It's just common sense. Engage the public only to the extent they can help investigative goals.

I find this turn of events bizarre as the "two hooded gunmen" scenario was touted by everyone since last night. 40 people got out of there unharmed so there were multiple witnesses who reported that they were two.

And then this morning all police sources were saying there were two suspects in custody, and then of all sudden it drops to one.

They also appear to have held this guy for 12-15 hours, whereas generally in these situations it's very clear who is a victim, an innocent bystander or a suspect. And even more tellingly - it would have been clear fairly quickly that there were no linkages between the two men if there are none.

It happens with reporting the violence from immigrants in Germany. Too many US politicians try to downplay the threats to our country.
In the past, the media was quick to falsely assume someone was in the Texas TEA party. But when it's a Muslim shouting "Allahu Akbar" before murdering dozens of innocent people, then they claim they need to hold back before making any assumptions at all.

2996 of these were killed in 9/11 attacks....Your figures are wrong... In the United States since 9/11, 94 people have been killed by jihadists in the past 15 years. Since 9/11, no one has been killed in this country in a terrorist attack by anyone who emigrated from any of the seven countries Trump banned.

Since 2001 up until 2013, 406,496 Americans have been killed by fellow Americans by gun violence.

Using numbers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we found that from 2001 to 2013, 406,496 people died by firearms on U.S. soil. (2013 is the most recent year CDC data for deaths by firearms is available.) This data covered all manners of death, including homicide, accident and suicide.

Subtract justified law enforcement shootings, accidents and suicides and the number is drastically lower.

And Michael Moore said there is no gun violence in Canada
