I have no problem with actors or athletes or anyone else using the First Amendment to express a political belief. I'm grateful to live in a country where people from all walks of life have the right to speak out.
I'll be cheering for the Falcons because I like Matt Ryan and would love to see him get a ring.
I'm all for freedom of speech so of COURSE they should be allowed to express their opinions or political beliefs. As I'm free to express mine - and mine is that I wish they'd stick with what I'm paying them for, which is not their political opinions.
Just because people CAN say something, doesn't necessarily mean they SHOULD.
But anyway, the Falcons are kicking some tail and I'm glad for that - hope they continue to do so. I'd love to see them win.
You wouldn't believe how many people i've spoken to that will be rooting against the Patriots. All because of Tom Brady's support for Trump---Even my own Uncle. And i'm located in Massachusetts. So much for free speech.
