That article isn't clear as it indicates the FBI investigated in late December, does that include December 29. The more current WP article indicates 9 present and former intelligence officials and the acting USA stated that Flynn had been compromised.
I am enjoying his departure immensely because of his radical actions during the election chanting "lock her up" and his anti-Muslim slant but this is bad for the country and makes us look even more foolish.

For the people who said he did the "honorable thing", yeah good luck with that one. He has been fired by one President and now had to step down from this job. What was it Trump said in the election, something about hiring the VERY BEST PEOPLE ? If you look at the romper room he has assembled, like Spicer, Conway, and the rest of them, it sure doesn't look like he has done very well at this one.
