Wrong. The law states that if a US citizen is on one end of the call they are required to end monitoring unless they have a warrant.
Nope. First, the monitoring is automated--nobody is constantly listening to everything--so the call would be fully recorded until analyzed later. They already have permission to record the content of calls from certain phones that are pre-approved intelligence objectives.
ALL administrations have been monitoring Russian communications for the past seven decades or so.

And Flynn knows that. The Feds say there was nothing with the content of the calls either. All this before he joined the team too. The feds released the content to Trump, Flynn had lied, so Trump fired him. I'm just saying that they are monitoring and leaking now, so there's no telling what they did during the campaign.

Yesterday, I would have said this claim is a little out there. After looking at transcripts today, it's pretty apparent his administration is bugged. So, who knows, perhaps they monitored the campaign too. At this point, I don't know that Obama was/is in on it. I'm guessing someone he appointed hired some really bad guys.

Ugh! Why are people okay with that? It isn't some movie. This is real life, and the American people should not wish for or condone the intelligence community to go to war with the POTUS. This is beyond whether you think Trump is a good president or not. This is just wrong. We have all become so cynical that we just sit back and expect this stuff, when it used to be something we would fight against.
