Exactly. Fundamentalism is fundamentalism, whether it's Christian or Muslim. The world would be a better place without either of them.

Liberals love Islam in part because they hate/disagree with Christianity here in America and Islam is directly counter to it. They also love it because it fills imaginary quotas of the perfect recipe of humans with different skin colors.
Who knows why they want so many Muslims to come to America? I'm sure some of them are nice people, but it's clear that others aren't. I don't know how really any part of their middle-aged culture would diversify our own.
They bend over backwards to protect Islam when violent attacks are carried out directly influenced by Islam.
Some liberals even go as far to say most members of ISIS/terrorists are marginalized people who are just victims...
I don't care what anyone else believes in regards to religion, but when anyone tries to force their religious beliefs through the laws of this country we have a problem. Live your life as you choose, but allow me to do the same and we have no problem.
Of the Muslims I know personally none have advocated for laws that would deny me the same rights they have. Of the Conservatives I know, some have strongly advocated to deny me those same rights.
Individual Muslims hardly represent Islam as a whole. Islamic countries, Mosques and Clerics are a better representation of the direction Islam is going. There is no equivalency between Islam and Christianity. I can go into any one of 1000s mainstream LGBT friendly churches in this country and be accepted. Even in this day and age I can not do the same in any Mainstream mosque.

Actually we went to the Islamic center a couple of times for/with Muslim friends.
Honestly, just look at what Islam says about homosexuality and women, I just don't understand why so many Liberals are so accepting and welcoming of the teachings of Islam, yet are disgusted and violent to just let a Conservative give a speech to their supporters.
There's an old saying that goes like this: "my enemy's enemy is my friend."
Islam is non-white and non-Christian, so it's automatically "good" in the eyes of the Far Left because it helps undermine white Christian cultural hegemony in the US.
Again, learn to live and let live. If you ain't married to one of 'em and you don't live with one of 'em its really none of your friggin' business what they believe or how they live their lives.
Fundamentalist religion does not "live and let live." Fundamentalist religion seeks power and authority over society.

They aligned with Muslims, believed in free health care and guaranteed jobs. They confiscated inherited wealth and spent a lot of money on public education. They Attack on people of faith and purged the church from public policy, inserted the authority of the state into every nook and cranny of daily life. They declared war on smoking, supported abortion, euthanasia, and gun control. They loathed the free market, maintained a strict racial quota system in their universities where campus speech codes were all the rage.

We see the same beliefs and strategy employed today by liberals and their politicians.
