Thanks for the link. So he got probation, 200 hours of community service, will undergo a psychological evaluation and have a curfew, and has to pay for a new phone the woman lost after being thrown into the pool.

I think given the crime this was appropriate.

I agree. I hope he learns something.

That's my hope, too. He's young, people grow up. I only wish the judge had mandated 200 hours of community service with half doing work with the elderly, but maybe his mother or probation officer will recommend that.
