So as a society we have a choice we can do as the Japanese have done and severely limit Islamic migration to their country or we can continue to be an open country that doesn't discriminate against religion/place of origin etc. Personally I'm for the Japanese approach but society seems to want to go as it has before. Such a decision will carry the continuous threat of terrorist attacks.

There really is not much that can be done once this choice has been made.
The problem with this is that Japan has been considered as one of the most racist countries in the world for decades. If you actually visited Japan, you would know that this is far from the truth. Japan is no more racist than any other countries in the world. But the world always used Japan as an example (well, racist example that is)

In the West, diversity is seen as a moral superiority and objective, but wide open doors to Islamic extremists only invites terrorism.

Western world has to get used to the new "normal". Nobody from government wants to admit that, because it reflects poorly on them, but it’s true, and increasingly voters know it’s true, despite the official ban on saying it’s true.

I think the western world is so afraid of being called racists. And that seems to be a problem, in my opinion.

Haters are going to hate.

This is why there is a troop buildup in Turkey so a firewall can be created. Thus minimizing their entrance into Europe.

Merkel would have offered the guy political asylum if he hadn't killed himself. When will the world wake up to the evil that is Islam?

I'm about as black as they come, I've visited Japan and loved it.

Trump does know that "loser" doesn't offend radical terrorist groups, right?

He's embarrassing.

I think Merkel just showed everyone that the EU is still run by an adult, however.

Nah, but if offends liberals and their tiny little brains and that is good enough.

It's beyond me that you cannot yet see how he is playing you like a fiddle.

It used to be funny, now it's just sad.
