Who knows what happened prior to filming. Frankly, both seem like d-bags.
That's what I immediately thought too. I don't know or care what happened prior to all of that. Why keep provoking someone who's already angry, especially someone in a wheelchair? Be a real man and walk away quietly, recognizing that the disabled man has enough problems to deal with. Neither man was innocent in that scene.

Ummm, the man was speaking to his mother, which by the way may not even live here. I have a good idea for those that feel as the Deplorable did in the video, mind your own business. Why should he walk away? The guy in the wheelchair kept wheeling away AND THEN COMING BACK. The guy with the camera just sat in one spot.
I watched the whole thing. The guy recording the video antagonizes the guy in the wheelchair the entire time.
How exactly was he antagonizing him? Was it when he threw his sandwich wrapper? Oh, wait ... that wasn't him. Was it when he swung at him? Oh wait ... that wasn't him. Was it how he kept leaving and coming back? Oh wait ...
Bad reporting by CNN. There is way more to this story we are not seeing.
Spanish is a very loud language. Torres may have been disturbing everyone around him.
The story was not about anger over the guy speaking Spanish.
May have is no excuse to behave that way and this is a poor attempt to rationalize it.
Are we sure this is not a set-up, it looks like bad acting.?
If it is real the guy is obviously not playing with a full deck. It is always best, and most mature, to ignore rather than engage in cases like this.
