News flash. Discharged after 6 years of service doesn't necessarily mean you're 100% discharged from the military. While she may not have been on active reserves, unless your discharge involves medical reasons, you are on inactive reserves. As such, if the US Air Force wanted to, they can order her back to active duty for court martial under military court trial. As a member of the military you can be tried twice for the same crime, once in civilian court and again in military court. Her Air Force service helped her to get this job and access to classified documents. Her statements of supporting terrorist organizations calls into question everything she did while in the Air Force as a translator.
