By male judges?
There is always going to be bias within our court system including family court. Much of what goes on is at the discretion of the particular judge. About the only thing you can do is be diligent and continue to fight. It is not that uncommon and not a million to one.
At one time women had no claim to their children as they were considered their father's property.
At one time not so long ago, men were not required to help support their children and even after laws were passed they were not enforced. So women and children were treated like crap for the most part in family court and so they organized and lobbied and got things change. It was a long battle.

not according to his attorney, she said it's just a matter of proving where the child will have better care. She said it's more difficult with an infant but with a toddler or older kid, judges are just as inclined to award either joint custody or custody to a dad as they are sole custody to the mom.

I agree with you, 2mares. Women's issues such as: abortion, rape, treatment of women in other countries, etc. are reasons why we need feminism.

There is a difference between Equal Rights for Women, which I marched for in Washington, DC in 1976, and the often radical feminism of today.

There are different types of feminism. I believe in feminism that is inclusive of everyone and all about equality.

Angry, unhappy extremists will always be among us in the form of feminists, misogynists, racists or what have you. Thankfully they are the small minority.
So what?
How does that change the FACT that 93% of abortion MURDERS are because the man and woman CHOSE to behave irresponsibly sexually?
How does that change the fact that abortions often involve ripping a child's body, limb by limb, leaving a decapitated head - all after 8 weeks gestation, after the child's nervous system is intact - and when they can likely feel the pain?

What about all of the female babies killed this way? And the baby boys?
I guess they don't have rights because feminists believe in DEATH by AGE DISCRIMINATION.

What sane woman would kill her own child?

No sane woman would kill her own child, however a non viable fetus is not a child.

It's not murder. And the nervous system is in the early stages of development at 8 weeks, it is not an "intact" complete system. It is unlikely that the fetus feels pain.

A fetus isn't a baby.

So what? You implied feminism causes women to get abortions:
by the 1970's when Feminists pushed to make it legal to kill their own children - was when Feminism took a very dark, immoral turn.
So women were seeking abortions way before that. Since before recorded history most likely.

One, it is not a fact that 93% of abortions are a joint decision because of behaving irresponsibly.
Two, late term abortions are very rare and done in extreme cases.

Yes, an actual living woman's rights trump the right of a fetus. You worry about your own medical decisions and let others worry about theirs.
