Obama got all kinda dirt on McCain from very high level foreign governments. Obama had the NSA listening to everything Romney and had all his IRS records to comb through. First, just because Trump says it doesn't matter doesn't mean it's true.
Second, I've never heard anything about Obama employing the NSA to spy on Romney. Feel free to link to any reputable sources, but I think that's a fantasy.
Third, just because things like wiretapping are legal for SOME people in SOME circumstances doesn't mean it's an option for everyone.
