I suspect this is true.

Women often sell themselves short.

Well, what do you know?

Wonder if Congress will take a swipe at this.

That would be some CPAN worth watching.

To be fair to Mr. Trump, our poor, besieged President-for-now, he was just continuing what was already 'in the (corrupted) works'. The Senate had already overturned President O'bama's Fair Pay & Safe Workplaces EO:

The Senate on Monday narrowly approved a House-passed resolution to overturn President Obama’s Fair Pay, Safe Workplaces order, handing a victory to contractors who had blasted the order and the Labor Department’s rule to implement it as “blacklisting.” ...

To the extent that there are, businesses should act on them in designing products.

It may be that females who gravitate towards stem jobs don't even fit the averages when it comes to how average female brains process info or as in your example, "enjoy they shopping experience" what then?

Sciences is way behind on this subject imo.

His generalizations are useless without science that backs up practical application.
You're right, he didn't cite studies backing up his generalizations. That doesn't mean there aren't studies; I gave several. He wasn't writing for a professional journal.

He tried to explain why, when comparing All women to All men, there can be differences due to each gender's nature or nurture tendencies rather than sexism.
