Now that's funny. Changes to the AP curriculum by the College Board to include more unpleasant bits of U.S. history were met with loud and persistant protests because it apparently was not patriotic enough. Seriously, choose an argument and stick with it, because you're all over the place.

Be careful what you wish for. An elected member of the House thought Guam would tip over if we expanded our military base.

Edit - And he went to two colleges.

Yeah, in-depth race obsession. "NPR News: All Race, All the Time."

I don't want my tax dollars going to that crap.

IMO, unless you truly are the elite of elite (Med School, Law School etc), I see no reason for it. Even the engineering, science fields have taken a huge dump. The "Liberal arts degrees?" forget it. You may as well have just received toilet paper for your efforts. These shouldn't even be college programs in contemporary america.

These stories that "those who graduate earn up to xxxxxx amount more dollars" than high school graduates seem like a load of baloney to me and liberal university spin-off nonsense to get more teenage/20 something suckers to join their scheme.

I know FAR MORE underemployed college graduates today than those who are living well. Two go 40-100k in debt for a job that you can probably eventually land without the debt, whats the point? There needs to be an investment on legitimate career creation. We needs more "basket weaving" majors.
It would certainly be a dull world indeed if everyone believed as you do. Fortunately, that isn't so.

But do you agree that this should be the policy?

You can go to college and get a degree in pretty much anything. Is your claim here that only conservatives "choose wisely" in the degrees they pursue?

As someone who majored in Bioinformatics, I seriously question your thesis.

Oh, really? Don't you mean, "an educated voter is a danger to the Democrat Party?" Seems all the smart people become Republicans. Remember, it was Hillary that bragged that her base was so stupid she could tell them anything and they'd believe it (paraphrasing).
