Trump just lost whatever hispanic vote he had left. He will get destroyed in 2020 if he even makes it that far. What a cold, heartless decision he made here. This man has ice running through his veins and no thats not hyperbole. Make America White Again!

When the information is presented and the facts comes in on Trump and all his "Illegal actions" and the long history of the same are exposed... We want these same Trump obsessed people to then "chant" Uphold the law and Lock him up' !!!! We want these same people who pretend to be so law abiding, to support stripping him of as much of his Ill gotten gains as the laws allow, and locking up his kids too. The only kid that might escape is Barron and Tiffany... The rest are complicit and pandering and promoting the exact same acts that Trump is hopefully found to be guilty of.

We want them to give him the full weight of the Law and the extreme penalty for Treason against the United States, Its Election Process and its Global Diplomacy, and charge him with subversion's for damaging our Diplomatic Relations with our Allies. We want to change him with aiding and abetting Putin's agenda to 'disband and make havoc with America and its Allies".
The list of charges I hope goes back decades, until the Trump brand is brought down to the exposure as being the swindler system of money washing and tax evading that built it up. Then, hit him with every act and instance of obstruction of the law, premeditated acts in attempt to obstruct the law and every other charge that can be brought against him. Charge him with "willfully trying to dismantle the U.S. Governance system, by willfully taking acts not to fill government position and trying to operate as some dictator against the Democratic system of America.

And every one of these loud mouth Trump supporters talking about law... don't then come with some claim of "give him a pass'... Nope, give him what the acts of Treason lay out, and bring all those who colluded with him in this Administration along and give them the same.

With all the "cruelty to children" cries, let's not forget most of these dreamers are in their 20s. They aren't kids.

The ones who bear the blame for the predicament they are in are their PARENTS. Thier law breaking, illegal parents who brought them in this country knowing full well it could come to this. The other one you can blame is Obama, who gave them false hope and set them up with a system that wasn't legally done.

Trump is giving the do-nothing Congress a chance to finally earn their pay and get this problem fixed once and for all.

I just hope the do-nothing Congress actually acts with the benefit of American citizens for a change. Here's hoping, at least.

Obama did NOT sign an Executive Order for DACA.

Janet Napolitana issued a MEMO to Immigration with the new "policy" (under Obama's private orders to her) - that MEMO Nullified duly passed Immigration Law and was Un-Constitutional.

President Trump did NOT sign any Executive Order to reverse an Obama Executive Order for DACA -- because that Obama Executive Order DID NOT EXIST. He KNEW it was illegal and even stated that the President of the United States did NOT have the Authority to just direct Immigration to not deport the "Dreamers" - and then he did it anyway because Obama thought HE was above the Law. He was Wrong and the Federal Courts, all the way to the US Supreme Court disagreed with him ........as HE always knew they would.

DACA
DACA was formally initiated by a policy memorandum sent from Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano to the heads of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The memo formally directed them to exercise their enforcement discretion on behalf of individuals who met the requirements.

Obama made the announcement of his new "policy" (NOT Law or Executive Order) in June of 2012 .... while running for Re-Election. Janet Napolitano resigned in 2013 - she is no dummy, she knew this was Un-Constitutional and the Lawsuits would begin soon.

In the letter that Obama released today, he criticized Trump for doing this for 'political purposes'. Nope, Trump is doing this for the 'rule of law'. Obama was the one that used DACA for political purposes, he used DACA to get reelected.

Get Real... Obama told the Republican to bring him an Immigration Bill, and they had none!!!! , and still to this day, they have none. All they have is "race bias bigotry" and a desperation of desire to try to cling to some fictional fantasy of wanting to try and recreate some 1950's "white privilege madness".
It's all about as stupid as their 6 yr attack on ACA, and when time came, just like with Immigration, they had no health care bill after all that bluster and madness, all they had was a plan to kill off a mass of people, damage the elderly and ignore the kids and rip off the people with a sham. It's another repeat, of their standard habit mode, such as the same as they made a mess about Benghazi until facts demonstrated that it was a Republican Failure and their Failure to Property Fund to support improved security, when that fact came out, then Republican shut up and no more was heard about Benghazi. Not one time have Republicans said even one word about deporting the millions of Illegal white people from all over the world who are here, or the millions of other non whites, its just a made obsession about Mexicans, because Mexico does not have the money some of the other nations, that they don't focus upon have. If Mexico Struck a Massive Oil Find or a massive Gold Mine Find tomorrow, you'd never hear another word about deporting a Mexican. Yet... All the while Kushner's family members has been all over in China trying to SELL Visa's to anyone who will loan him money.

American People who have humane regard and respect for Diplomacy, and Diversity and Respect for the Government and the values of the people..... are simply fed up and tired of this Republican Driven Ignorance. !!!!!!!!!!

They know who the Kardashians are, and they either love or hate the Dallas Cowboys. They probably don't know the history of the country they were born in, they don't know the culture of that country. It is cruel and inhumane to tear them away from the only country they know, and ship them to a place where they are strangers.
Will you please stop with this? That may be the case where the kid came over as a toddler or very young child, but a great many of the kids came here as young teens. They knew their country before coming to this one. And if you think these dreamers don't know the culture of their country, you are dreaming yourself. Their illegal parents often can't speak a word of English and have not assimilated in any way, and have kept the same culture within their illegal society. There are huge areas in my town where you won't hear a single word of English spoken.

The articles I've been reading they are in their 20's and not kids.

I am glad that Trump is handing it to congress. Congress should be taking care of it especially since it seems so many are so upset and butt hurt that this was overturned. Those who want this in place should reach out to their elected officials for them to change it.

So let me ask you this, Mexico has stated they'd welcome these "dreamers" back and why wouldn't they? We are constantly told that the Dreamers are very smart, very ambitious and highly educated so wouldn't their return to their home country be a boon to that country? Couldn't they bring their home countries into prosperity given how great they (the Dreamers) are instead of some of the 3rd world corrupt toilets they now are?

Let's look at another question, and this is for everyone who wishes to answer. Are you for open borders and no limits to immigration and if so should congress then change our immigration laws so anyone can enter any time they wish, OR, are you for enforcing our immigration laws as written?

If you are for enforcing immigration laws at what point do you draw the line? Do you say like is being now said about the Dreamers "if you hide out long enough you can stay". If so, how long do you have to hide out?

Serious questions in front of us, it's time for us as voters to make a decision...

You appear to prefer the 2nd Option ....... I doubt most American Citizens agree with you.
2 Choices -- Our System of Government and our Constitution or The Obama Way.
So you're cool with same thought process regarding Trumps EOs? Since that all that he's been able to do as POTUS?
