Yeah, and then there was that trip Obama took to the moon ! What was he doing up there anyway ?

I will say one thing, if Trump is stupid enough to pardon Manafort, this will blow back on him like he has never seen. It would be like if the local police arrested someone for a crime, and a local judge pardoned him and let him go.......that would be obstruction of justice, just as it would be in Trump's case.

Trump had better stay as far away from this one as he can. Otherwise, even his supporters may start asking if he has something to hide or not.

Trump ain’t a god except in his own head. His powers are not limitless, that’s just in the “minds” of his cultsters.

Its far more amazing how you can believe an EO to name a building, is even close to similar to an EO that actually affects millions of individuals..

2/3 of both the House and Senate must approve, and then the legislature of 38 states must ratify.

Never...going...to...happen.

Gee, maybe they should have thought of that while Obama was president. Look at all the criminals Obama pardoned!

they should work on this right after they change elections to popular vote. How's that going?

C'mon libs, all this butthurt over Trump needs to end. Attack policy, with factual info, the whining and moaning isn't a good look a year after an election.

As a practical matter, such an amendment would not happen; it certainly would not be able to pass by 2020.

I am not too worried about Mr. Trump taking Pat Robertson's advice (simply pardon everyone, and let it be done). After all, Mr. Nixon also held the Presidential pardon power, yet he watched as various members of his team went to prison. The only person from Watergate to be pardoned was Mr. Nixon, by Mr. Ford, upon his assuming the presidency.

The Democrats have better things to do than worry about Mr. Trump's pardon power. At least, so I assume.

Perhaps not.

Yeah, and.....?

Content is irrelevant. It's still an EO. If he was so opposed to them during Obama's presidency he should still be just as opposed to them now. But he isn't. Hypocrisy. See how that works?
