Trump will be dead and buried by the time it would pass.
Of course, in the abstract, it's not a bad idea. The horrors of Trump's presidency, previously beyond our imagination, may well lead to a curtailing of executive power.

Would not bother me in the least, better late than never. I have no problem with a President having the right to pardon, but there should be limits, especially when it concerns them or those close to them.

I doubt if it did pass it would take until Trump is in his 90s
Lol, grow your own dope.... plant a liberal!
The left had no problem with Obama pardoning traitors and other criminals, but now you want to limit the republican Presidents ability to pardon.
Good idea, and I'd feel the same if a Dem were President. Poorly designed power by the Founders. No one man should be able to wipe away anyone's crimes, including his own.
At the very least, Congress and the Judiciary need veto power of pardons, and you should not be able to Pardon yourself, anyone related to you, or anyone involved with crimes that you're part of.
She has not been Charged with anything illegal and it does not look like she will, so there is that. Now if she did do something illegal I have no problem charging her, same goes for trump. Drain The Swamp!
