People should read the story.... when "giddy young women" are fascinated and elated about these kind of encounter, its not something that is uncommon. That does not say its right... It means, its not "uncommon".
People as they get older act like their minds lock up and they don't remember what is youth. 14-16-18 and etc... Young girls are developed, spirited and intrigued with being a young woman, that's is elements of life. Some don't follow parents advice, and some follow the moods that are within the situations, and the influences that are highly promoted in society, and that is the promotion of young women with older men, is promoted in every areas of our society.
Thus so, the young woman saw it as intriguing, exciting and inspiring, (at the time), That's exactly what this young woman is saying in the article. no one can omit that.
She is saying, she is glad it did not go any further than it did, but she is full aware that she did agree to meet him, and continued communication for whatever was the length of time, the article did not put an exact on that.
What ever they did... when she figured out it was not the situation she wanted... that is likely the reasons it stopped.
It's happening
in schools around this country, and very likely
in communities around this country, it has been and continues to be so, when people face up to the reality that exist. This is not to sanction it, but to face the fact of the reality of truths.
Parents can tell young people all they want to about "sex, drugs and other things, and
until the person encounters a situation that is beyond what they become uncomfortable with, it exist. (this is true for
younger and older persons) please keep the perspective in the age range of 14 and above for the discussion. It is also relative to the physical development at those age ranges and how it mirrors the imagery of physical development.
(if one pretends they don't know what that means, then turn on your TV, look at the Fashion industry, its depictions and its usage of young females, and then look at the depictions in every format of media, as well as the mindsets of human beings as it relates to physical development, even in movies and shows designed specifically for 14 and above audience, it is prominently depicted and promoted, whether its Disney or any other Production organizations, the old adage of "sex sell" is themed with clear focus to emphasis sexual appeal and sexual provocativeness in posturing within caption and depiction. ) so, people should not pretend to be as if they function within being of "generalized ignorance" to these fact and realism in how imagery and age and sex and what is presented to promote sexuality and provocativeness of desire.
There is no doubt these things happened. " I doubt that it was Rape, as in the definition of there being any element of Forcible conduct". It may well have been "consenting, with individuals not of the legal age to consent", therefore, the term "rape" should not be so loosely utilized and diluted. "
Sexual Misconduct due to illegal status to legally consent, by one party". But at no time can the proclivity of post puberty sexual desire be dismissed as existing and being motivational in human beings.
Now, if he had his sights set on "young women as his preferred aims", then that is what is the issue. Because then its "predatory". And Its illegal because of their age range.
No one is ever going to stop these situations from happening, because its human beings involved. The responsible adult has to know there is "no future in it", and they know that the lust of the moment is not beneficial to the young woman, and at some point, the adult should know that 'she will recant the situation" and she will come to not like her choice in that moment in time. And when that time comes that she looks back and think of it, it will come to public light at some point and time.

Our society has not developed any means to compel young people in the age range of 13-18 to any of these coercive powers to the performance of these covenants. We do have laws, that firmly stipulate the issues when any person is at the age of 12 or below. We seek to claim "Statutory Rape" for acts between the age of 13-18, when a person over 18 is involved. But until we become to create and state that, ALL sexual acts engaged by those between the age of 13-18 as being "Statutory Rape" assigned to both parties involved. Then, we will have some means to address the "proclivities of the sexual indulgence by people within the age rage of 13-18. The law, would then stipulate, "Statutory Rape Participant" when sex acts are engaged by two people within the age range of 13-18, and any person within that age range that engages sex with an Adult, would infer upon the young person, who consent, and engages as a
"Statutory Rape Participant". That is the only element of "deterrent" that can be invoked and instituted to put responsibility within the age range as it relates to indulging sexual acts.
The label, may be itself a penalty. As there is no other penalty that is likely to be supported by society.
The same happens to women who are even older, especially between the ages of 14-20-something. When they have a fascination with older men giving them attention. It will not turn out well for either of them. The man will find himself in a world of troubles, and the young woman will find herself battling herself for the choices she made.
What makes this guys situation an atrocity even more, is he was in the legal profession and not just a novice in that profession. Therefore... he should have known the outcome was not going to be "just some fanciful pleasurable remembrance", and he should have known at some point the young woman was not going to see it that way either.
It happens so frequently... and that should tell people, both young women and men...or women who engage young women or young men, that time will not see if as they think, the "heat of the moment may make them think it is".
People should read the story about the young women, who for years engaged her female sport coach, she slipped off, hide the woman in her home, the woman found a way to hide in the home and wait for the young woman to come home, stayed over night, the young girl stayed overnight. Then years later, it was not 'recalled as the situation of "wanton pleasure she saw it as being" when it was desired and wanted. Later, she terms it as "molestation".
People by now should know, that young women at those ages are not to be trusted as one who is making decisions that she owns, nor that she will term the same as it was considered when she was doing it. The same is being found about young men as well, today, they too are not seeing it as the "wanton pleasure they considered it to be at the time it happened". They too are later termed it as "molestation". This is an "after the fact" attempt to remove responsibility for the youth. society must find a better way to "address it" and give youthful indulgence the element to understand what is responsibility when it comes to sexual activity. society must come to use the understanding it has gained over the years, to be more discerning in how it uses "labels" and "tags", as means to remove willing and motivation of sexual desires of its participatory responsibility.
Thus so... the point fall upon the "Adult' to know that the outcome will come to "terms" that are not the same as it was though of at the time, and it will likely in many cases be considered by the young person involved as "molestation" and the charge will not be upon the "young person involved", the charge will be upon and against the "adult" in the situation.
Society has no system at this time to put accountability upon the young person, and there is no charge in the current system to be levied upon the young person, even if they flirted, temped, willingly engaged, pursued, and/or focused themselves to seduced the Adult. "they are exempted from responsibility" by the social system, as well as the legal system.
"The premise will be the same"... the young person is not held accountable for their choices, desires and actions.
The only means to address the youth, is by a form of "penalty" and society is not at a point to have that process instituted. It would have to be a charge of "aiding and abetting" illegal sexual activities between the youth and adult, imposed upon the youth. and that would have a age rage set where such a charge become applicable, which would be between 14-18. But... what kind of penalty? There is none that society has that will gain public support and none that have any legal frame work to exist. So.. there is no means to invoke a "deterrent" upon the young person. The only penalty, would be to have it as a "matter of record" in the file on the youth. This however, will never happen, because of the long term damaging effect of being "labeled" as a "sexual manipulator as in aiding and abetting" sexual interaction as a minor, whole being an under legal age".
This is not like foreign location where "women are taught to be and take responsibility for their actions", because even as adults, this society still leans to "a premise of the woman being innocent" and the man as being "the agressor", it is even pronounced in how how woman in the schools system or society, are given a slap on the wrist, when she engages young people, male or female. the system has an inference of "innocence" and if that does not work, they claim she has some "mental deficiency" or "some psychological characteristic" that makes her less responsible and in some case, having on responsibility for her actions. Even further, it is and has been listed, that the adult woman was without any responsibility because she was susceptible to being seduced.
This is what results from a society, that has a concept premise of "thinking the man is and has to be the aggressor". It is the same premise that later in life woman complain about, because when they reach their 30's they want to have the same options of choice to be the "initiator without being condemned for being so, or labeled for being so"...
Until society see the fact that "Sex" is a "two party engagement" and both are naturally born with the capacity to be motives by "desires"... for sexual activity as a natural realism in the human being. and it is equally as active in females as it is in males.
There is 7 billion people on the planet, and they did not come to exist without the reality of females having equal and matched desires as that of males.
Society like to cling to judging woman, as honorable if she has no history of sex indulgences outside of a relationship, but judging men as being "judged unfavorably, if he has not had sex outside of a relationship". and it is not possible for him to have sex outside of a relationship, without women who are having sex outside of a relationship.
The Old "Victorial Influences" are all over the generalized public mentality when it comes to Men and Woman in Sexual Situation. It is time for that to change, because, not only is the male and female "motivation to have desire and pursue and act upon desire" equal!!!! Today, there is woman who desire and purse women, with the same manner and demeanor as society thinks men pursue women, and the same is true of men who desire and pursue men, with the same manner and demeanor as society thinks men pursue women.
Then there is the Trans-sexual... who do the same in the scenario their focus their desires.
a 100's of years or so ago, by the age of 16 people were being married, and some were being so, between 14-16, and that was the system of society that supported it. The biological reality has not changed. Only the social concept. Therefore, the same instincts and urges, desires and wants of people is still connected to the "biological realism"... That puberty invokes the desires to become enhanced and influence the motivations, conduct and the acts that people do and pursue to do.
Further more... is society, it is promoted in every sector of the nation and around the world, of the woman being younger then the man by a number of years. That is a generalized standard in society. We see promoted and advertised in the media, the same, and among those with wealth and prominence of economic means, we see the age range increase dramatically, over what exist in general society, and it is and has been acceptable to society in general.
We have in our society other elements, which is dominant in the Media, that most commercials are focused on "young women" and many Media Scripts are driven by the promotion of "young women" ,"as mates", as "the desired" and in many cases it is framed up as being "the ideals'.
Many woman have complained about this for Decades, because they are generally phased out of the "media depictions" one they reach a certain age. We've seen it in the social environment, of people divorcing a mate, for the pursuit of a "younger woman". This is so prevalent in society. Men are hailed for "having a younger woman".... We see at the situation of Trump... he is hailed for having a "young wife' as well as having discarded previous wives for the pursuit of having a "younger woman who fits the category of young model" imagery wife.
We did not see that in G.H.W. Bush, Nor in Jimmy Carter, George Bush 2nd, nor in Barack Obama..... They were close in age with their mates.
The convolution in society about such matters is made and created by society and promoted by society. Not just in America but Around the World.
We see now in the Media all the claims of sexual misconduct in the Industry of Media, when everyone had opportunity to leave the situations and had not force compelling them to engage the situations on second, third of more times. It was their desire to have accessibility to gain work in the industry. The history of "The Casting Couch" is as old as the Film Industry.. and none in the Industry is unaware of "The History of The Casting Couch".. yet, now after the fact and after the gaining of fame and fortune, many now "regret their conduct and interactions".... and that is the nature of society and individual, once they reach a certain level, is to look back and want to "erase" or "lay blame" for the choices they made in earlier time.
This poses a big questions to society.... "as to how it shapes the mentality of responsibility" to expand it to include "equality in responsibility for sexual interactions by woman" with the "same responsibility it seek to place upon men in sexual interactions"..
The push and pursuit of "Social and Civic Equality of Male and Female as person,
cannot "exclude' sexual proclivities.. as from being a part and premise within and of "Equality of Person".. as Equality of Person" as "The whole person", is "Equality among the Genders".
The Victorian Premise has long been gone and over.... Society must advance itself beyond it, and not try to be selective in trying to use parts when its convenient and beneficial, and when they deem it not, then to discard and claim is non applicable.
Female IS NOT inferior when it comes to Sex.... in some cases she may even appear to be superior, because society bases the Female as the Inspirator of Desire.
The Social Debate on these matters of "Gender Equality" in all things, Including Sexual Proclivities; is at a point and time to become and be "necessary" !!!!
