My older son went there twice, not by choice! Yeah, I doubt it will change the travel plans of many here.

Can't be, Trump said we wouldn't get tired of winning! And, you better get used to it as at some point, we'll be on a roll!

We knew it would because the POTUS has the right to do such.

It just took a while to get passed those activist judges who don’t care about rule of law.

I suspect that it's a bad day for Pocahontas too. LOL

This certainly didn't age well.

Exactly!

They can knock it around for awhile, then it will go to the SC who kind of already "let the cat out of the bag" as far as how they feel about it.

The travel ban will be in effect while the appeals travel through the courts, this is the third revision to the travel ban. Citizens from the those countries cannot emigrate to the US but students and visitors will still be allowed with enhanced screening. This was only supposed to be a 90-120 day ban until they could figure out how to screen and put into place enhanced vetting, none of that has happened.

Arguments will be in the 2 appeals courts next week.

The thing that amazes me the most is that you folks are celebrating a bit early. This wasn't the final decision, just indicative. They are allowing it to continue while challenges are being heard.

IE its not the win many here seem to think it is. It might be a temporary thing, and could be terminated tomorrow by a final decision of the court. Or upheld. But everyone posting seems to be acting like its the final ruling from them. Weird.

Now if folks were saying "this temporary order seems to indicate Trumps ban was legal", that would be completely reasonable and informed.
