This would be very useful for full-time RVERs of which there are thousands that "carry" and cross state lines.

Anymore, everyone is responsible to keep themselves safe, and the number of crimes grows all the time. Hey, who wouldn't want to concealed carry if they were vacationing in or near a sanctuary city?

I hope this passes and lets people protect themselves, since law enforcement can't be funded to a point to be everywhere at once.

Why I think the 2nd A laws need to be addressed at the Federal Level, one set of laws for the entire Nation, personally I would be fine with the laws we have here in Texas being applied to all States, at least then everyone knows the rules no matter where they are in the Same Country called the USA. I know some will argue against it, but the 2nd A is a Federal level Right and as such should be controlled at that level. Can you imagine what the country would be like if States and even individual communities passed their own laws and rules when it comes to the 1st A, just nuts when it comes to our Rights set forth in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The only add ons I would have liked to see, other than judges allowed to carry, would be for congressmen allowed to carry.
Then once everyone employed in a federal building is carrying, make it legal for all to carry in government buildings and property.
As you stated everything else they tried to sneak in, already bars you from concealed carry licenses. And good on them for not restricting magazine capacity.
In the case of states like CA and NY... factory capacity magazines = felony and 7 years a piece.

Exactly. Texas and Florida have the right idea. In the case of Florida though, we just need to get the snowflake snowbirds out so we can have campus carry and open carry.

It should be clear to the anti 2Aers that we don't value your beliefs and that rights are universal and not open for revision to fit your agenda.

Only thing is you get one of these emotionally unhinged dem candidates they can make this bill go away with an executive order. And that shouldn't be.

Next up suppressors and repeal Hughes.

5- 10 would be more common for the vast majority of CCW permit holders.

The more rounds a weapon holds the harder it is to conceal because physics demand that it's going to be bigger and heavier.

Which also makes it more of a PIA to carry around.

I just can’t understand why anyone would open carry. I’m not against it; I just don’t understand it.

IMHO, it’s like wearing a lighted shirt that says “If you plan to shoot anyone here, it’s best to shoot me first.”

I don't know about other states but here in PA that is at the discretion of the owner as it should be and if they post a sign that says no guns that means no guns. AFAIK the only ramifications for entering such an establishment is trespassing. It's irrelevant to me because I rather spend my money elsewhere if they have such a sign. I would imagine most states are going to have similar laws pro gun or not.
