You keep saying that as if it were true, but you have yet to show any objective support for that claim. Do you have proof or are you just fabricating a narrative? If the former, lay it bare. If that latter, at least we know where your credibility lies.

But, again, even assuming for the sake of argument that the dossier prompted the issuance of the FISA warrant, and further assuming that the dossier was untrue, and even further assuming that the FBI knew that the dossier was a lie when it presented it to the FISA judge, that would only affect the admissibility of the recorded calls at trial, not the investigation itself or whatever else it unearthed.

hmm? any proof, or is this just more speculation like the rest of this thread..

proof? or Opinon?

We have been leading you to the water trough, but we cannot force you to drink.
If you don't want to hear it, just let us know up front, you cannot fathom the truth.
What has come out in discovery, seems to have escaped you.

Is there any special reason Democrats don't want it all released and are begging Paul Ryan not to disclose it to the public, even though no classified info is involved???

Why would you think that you're in the real world, and the blog isn't?

It is so unconstitutional to even go in on a false pretense. How tyrannical do we want to get here?
We are treading on Nazi Germany and Stalin's USSR, here.

Show me the man. I will find you the crime..... Holy Crap!

Only labelled phony by right wingers because they don't like the intel - A lot of which has been corroborated.

And with the release of the Fusion GPS transcripts- it's looking awfully, awfully bad for the GOP party..

However the RWNJ's will believe whatever party propaganda spewed by their twisted blatantly fake and partisan news outlets- Fox and Whomever Co. Face it- the RWNJ's have guzzled their own conspiracy theory tainted kool-aid, and the thank GOD the party numbers are shrinking.

I personally can't wait for the investigation to run it's full course and uncover ANY criminal wrong doing regardless of what letter precedes a public officials name. A lot of us stand for our Constitution, not a party.

It's quite obvious where you stand.

The only part that has been collaborated is, Carter Page went to Moscow. That's it, unless you have something to divulge here? What else in that fabricated fiction has been collaborated? What is our sources withholding from us?

I am all for reigning in FISA, but the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine only applies if the agent(s) applying for the warrant know the information is untrue when it is presented to the applicable judge.

The Supreme Court has "never held that evidence is 'fruit of the poisonous tree' simply because 'it would not have come to light but for the illegal actions of the police.'" Segura v. United States, 468 U. S. 796, 815 (1984. More recently, the Supreme Court has confirmed that warrants are not invalidated simply because the applying officer had relied on misinformation. Rather, the requirement is that the applying officer knew the information was untrue at the time he/she made the application for the warrant. The same applies to probable cause. Heien v. North Carolina, 135 S. Ct. 530 (2014)

So libs, who is your preferred fall guy/gal? Ben Rhodes is a slippery little weasel, maybe him. How about Sally Yates...Obama is good at hiding behind women.
The leaks have pretty much dried up, the leakers know they are being watched.

Just as I thought, Nunes never recanted this claim.

Nunes never said there was a wiretap on Trump.

He said the Obama administration was using FISA collection, and unmasking for political purposes.

The collusion with McCabe was proven to be known before the Dossier. They tried and tried to get the OK for what they had already been doing. They had to get the FISA to OK what had been denied several times. The created this dossier as the final proof needed to get a FISA and smooth over all the intel they had already been snooping into.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, thinks people will go to jail for this.
