It he really wanted to fire him he would of fired him. Just another pointless story to keep the attention off the corruption in the FBI

Looks like he's not a secret genius after all, but a man-child who needs "adults" to make the real decisions for him, lol.

My thoughts also. If the President says "Yer outta here!" who has the authority to say NO?
After all, the Department of Justice IS part of the Executive Branch, and all the employees of said dept. serve at the pleasure of the President.

How many times does it have to be pointed out that the president cannot fire Mueller directly?

This is funnier that watching monkeys fall out of trees.

All you really have is another "FAKE NEWS" story by the NY slime.

How does it start ? "Fish On" with :

"according to four people told of the matter"

Here you have hearsay of hearsay as the source of the story.

That is the kind of unverified information that has no creditability that sucks you in claiming "well founded".

This is why politics is entertaining night after night.

The more unreliable the story the more believable it is to those who want to believe it.

That's not how it works. I work for a county government. The chief executive of the county does not have the authority to fire me, because he is not my boss, even though he is technically "above" me in rank (and also part of the executive branch).

Same with any branch of government. The president does not have the authority to fire any random staffer, because he is not technically their boss.

In the digital age, Mueller's 10 months of investigation along with Comey's year is equivalent to over 5 years of investigation in Nixon's time. It's looking like collusion was fake news but they're still going for obstruction.

I'm not sure how you obstruct something that didn't happen but maybe Mueller can explain

The man is a clueless reactive boob who twitches at whatever stimuli is induced upon him. Not unlike those frog experiments we all did in high school.
