He should have fired Mueller the second he was appointed, because he was appointed illegally in violation of the statute that says upon EVIDENCE OF A CRIME. There never was any evidence of a crime. Therefore the appointment was illegal, which means everything he has done has also been illegal, since he is operating without any legal authority, and he is not a government employee.
