If they were a real news network they'd be kicked out of the business.
The judge probably wouldn't know at the time that it was bogus information. If he did, though he wouldn't have given them the warrant. That is almost 100% true. I'll bet the judge, now knowing it was bogus would like to have words with the agent that brought it to him.
The fact that the dossier was funded by the opposing campaign obviously should have been provided to the FISA judge. That is a major omission and the judge likely would have turned it down if he had known so.

How? There is nothing in the memo that points to any wrongdoing.
And the guy that looks the worst from all this is that wretched sleaze Adam Schiff. He's ethically bankrupt and completely compromised his position and corrupt beyond belief. He needs to resign and be prosecuted for this .....
The Russians now have a better understanding of how the FISA system works and will exploit that information in the future.
That's how this nothing burger memo hurts our security.
That's why Nunes and POTUS should be ashamed of themselves. Today they hurt the country.
Nothing in that memo should be classified. Not one thing.
What the Russians might have learned --- I was surprised to learn --- our DOJ uses newspaper articles as evidence in efforts to spy on citizens.
