So when --not if--gun laws change be prepared for democracy in action
You state "most Americans" like that's a provable fact.
PROVE IT.
Just more echo chamber pablum for their sheeple...

If anything of what you say is true things in the U.S. would be a lot different right now. This claim of "most Americans" is routinely made about a bunch of things and it always comes out to be complete crap in the end. The claim is made in the hopes that sheeple will jump on the bandwagon since "most Americans" already have.
Doesn't work, hasn't worked and will not work.

the problem is NOT the NRa
the problem is not the tiny 22 cal ar15

the problem is the systems of checking mentally ill people

Alek is Jone's evil Russian twin.

Oh, hold it, one can hardly tell the two apart!

Actually there are many examples of govt policy and laws changed because the people wanted it
Prohabition and its eventual reversal
Slavery--its outlawing--eventually the Civil Rights legislation to specify equlity/non-discrimination
Women's emancipation and right to vote
Same sex equality and now transgender equality under law is evolving

If current lawmakers wont respond to this awakening of the peoole's desire for better gun legislation then voters can make a change
That is the function and value and saving grace of our Constitution--
Not just the 2nd Amendment

I never knew the NRA trained people to not care about human life or to grab guns and kill people. In fact, if one wanted to point fingers at organizations that do teach people to care less about others lives and have no emotions about killing one could make that argument against the military. It's not like the Marines teach their soldiers to practice love and compassion towards others and it's not like soldiers just forget when they get out.

Just keep up your yapping/ranting about the evilness of the NRA and be marginalized along with all the other loons...
It's NOT the body of the NRA snake that has injected the corrupt, lethal, and most toxic venom into our American souls, it's the head. It's the NRA's destructive admistrative head made manifest via its ILA lobbying arm that kills. That very same arm that has donated millions of dollars to our GOP led congress on behalf of the arms industry.

So the regular NRA body-member is most likely ignorant concerning the true machinations of the NRA and most are probably just following the ole family tradition just like I was doing until I discovered what they were really doing. I had no idea exactly what lobbying really entailed.

Therefore, they get a free pass!

What?

You aren't aware of widely published facts about huge NRA donations to the GOP members of congress. You want to know how these very same congressmen voted on any and all proposed gun control legislation, as opposed to any and all gun-onwer's rights legislation.

Well for starters, just GOOGLE the following:

(1) Politico, the gun lobby

(2) Chart: How have your members of congress voted on gun bills?:npr

Since GOP led congress has done much to create this problem, it should be incumbent upon the federal government to finance all necessary equipment and personnel to provide adequate security to all our educational institutions.

BTW

Real sportsmen don't "hunt" with assault-styled rifles!

It sorta takes the "sport" out of the hunt....

Militaristic firearms? A 44 magnum is more powerful than an AR15. The difference between an AR15 and a .30-.06 is that the .30-.06 is much more powerful, can kill you from a several hundred yards away. The AR15 looks tactical and scary. But if you take away the high capacity magazine (which you can put on a semi automatic pistol as well) and then what makes is "assault styled"?? Answer is nothing.

No!

The answer is...."A Bump-Stock"!

And that's the scary part!
