i also agree that public unions should be banned. in fact even FDR hated public unions, and he liked collective bargaining.

If I'm qualified and hired by any government agency, why do I need to join a union?

I have a right work independent of unions.

So public sector unions might not be able to extort money from those that don't want to join their little club? Boo hoo.

Union dues are't that much and everyone benefits. Unions negotiate not only wages but benefits. I would love to see these teachers who don't want to pay dues negotiate on their own. They would be payed less because no one cares about one voice but they do care about thousands.

Unions negotiate your pay and benefits. Try finding yourself a better deal without unions. We have a $10 dollar co pay.

I'd agree and if this case goes against the Unions that might be next. It won't be initiated by the Unions because this will be one of the last things they want to see.

because public unions are the most corrupt unions on the planet. when these unions negotiate, its not the union vs management, its the union vs the union. and that my friend should be illegal.

i have no issue with private sector unions, but public employees are already covered by civil service laws.

and again even the libs favorite president, FDR hated public sector unions.
