You are barking up the wrong tree.

Wrong. The good walls have already proven to be very effective and criminals and terrorists aren't looking for jobs, thus the wall. Unless we deny kids born from illegal aliens on our soil our birthright citizenship and benefits they will still come without a job, thus the wall. You're barking up the wrong tree but you're not an illegal alien sympathizer, right?

The ones that I hear complained about the most Are not were here illegally, but those who come on vacation and need a life-saving operation with no intent to pay. Apparently in Florida that is a very big problem

Then they are both a problem. Let's not play down the former by giving examples of the latter in one state. We have at minimum 11 million illegal aliens in this country I seriously doubt that your example represents the majority who use our ER and don't pay.

That's right! If those Farmers had to pay a living working wage our veggies would be way too expensive! Gotta keep the semi slave labor pool going!!!!

Hurry up and build the wall so as to eliminate all illegals with their drugs and violence and generally making life a living hell for all Americans.

Many Americans who live in rural areas work on farms, besides there are unlimited visas for legal, foreign workers where needed. Stop with the lazy azz American BS! Most Americans aren't lazy. Picking crops is not a career job and is only seasonal work. Illegal aliens have taken jobs that Americans have always done for a fair wage.

Illegals do more than farm work. The trades have been taken over by illegals, with the exception of electricity and plumbing.

When I was a kid, we used to work in the tobacco fields during the summer.

Less than 20 years ago, it was Americans who were doing the drywalling, framing, roofing, masonry, landscaping, etc. Lots of Americans had a 2nd job at night cleaning offices. That has changed.

In 2012, Alabama cracked down on illegal farm workers, and there were plenty of Americans who applied for those jobs. But the farmers complained the Americans were "physically and mentally" unable to do the job. They actually wanted - gasp - bathroom breaks and didn't work as quickly as the illegals who had done that work for years. The farmers want slave labor and Americans just don't fit the bill.
