You posted a tweet saying that Trump said more people are saying "One Nation Under God" while saying that isn't what he said, he said more people are saying One Nation Under God because of him??

I guess some people missed the day they taught reading comprehension.
When, exactly, where people afraid to say it? It was on all of Obama's Christmas cards. Even I, a liberal atheist, say it, at least when people say it to me. Which has been every single year. No one was arrested for it, as far as I know. So when? And what were the consequences?
Their issue is that some retailers choose to say Happy Holidays instead. They are angry that not everyone is forced to say Merry Christmas and some people choose the more inclusive Happy Holidays. Of course, "Happy Holidays" has been around forever. Bing Crosby sang a song with the title all the way back in the 1940s. It's also not explicitly anti-Christian as there are more holidays in December besides just Christmas. Why do they get so outraged about it then? Because Fox News tells them to be outraged.
That is what disgusts me so much. To cheat on all three of your wives isn't very Christian. To insult those that don't agree with you isn't very Christian. To say things like "she's a nasty woman" and "ugly both inside and out" and "I grab 'em by the *****" isn't very Christian.
Yet the man has the nerve to talk about how he brought the term "One Nation under God" back?
And for the evangelicals who said they gave him a "mulligan" for his past transgressions, would those same evangelicals look the other way and give Obama a mulligan if he cheated on his wife with a porno star and a playboy model? No, they wouldn't. Because evangelicals are hypocrites. Political party before God.
People make mistakes and atone for them. That doesn't mean they can't or don't return to their Christian values afterwards. God is forgiving, remember?

And some never consider their transgressions as 'mistakes' and have no idea what atonement even means.
The last guy brought Allah into the WH, and made Christians feel like second class citizens because of it. Trump brought God back into the WH and the left hates it.
I've never once felt like a second class citizen because of my faith. Ever. Also, Allah is God. I realize languages other than English probably confuse you, and brown people with a different faith tradition scare you, but Allah is the Aramaic word for God, in the same way that Jehovah is one of the Hebrew words for God.
