This IS actually the Fed Gov's prerogative. PP can still receive Title X funding at their facilities which do not provide abortions.
They are already audited, if they are using funds for abortions then it would have been flagged. This is just another means of closing down PP hood, congress got what they asked for in the Hyde Amendment and they didn't get the outcome they were hoping for. So now they are trying another way to make it more costly for their operation same as when Texas required clinics to meet hospital room standards.

The GOP needs to decide what is more important, women getting access to health care or their constant vendetta against PP. They should be about treating the disease but here is congress once again treating the symptom at the expense of health care access. They don't care about unwanted pregnancies, their goal is to shutdown facilities that perform abortions.

Well they should also use the same tact with DOD funding, make Raytheon and Northrup Grumman have separate buildings for government funded programs. We cant trust our audits so the only obvious solution is completely separate facilities. Same for doctors that receive Medicare & Medicaid funding, we need to insure no federal dollars are used inadvertently so they must have separate offices.

Incorrect.

It's a lengthy read, and includes an excerpt from an audit, but well worth the time to understand what's really going on.

Learn, don't just mindlessly parrot.

I suggest you learn to read an audit before you embarrass yourself any further.

Even if that were true (it's not ), that leaves...

Public Health department Family Planning Clinics: 13,350+

Planned Parenthood Clinics: 650

PP is redundant and unnecessary for providing FP services. Just switch them all over to abortion only clinics, cut the ruse of "pretending" they're even remotely necessary to distribute free or very low cost contraception, and fund PP via donations. If there's such a huge groundswell of support for PP, that should be no problem. Hit up the rich limousine liberals, first.

There is no law against funding DoD. In fact, National Defense is an enumerated responsibility of Fed Gov listed in the Constitution. Health care is not.

Or they could pay for it instead of having slaves take care of them.

The B-1 bomber program funds are only to be used for that program, how do they determine that funds are being used appropriately when they have other non-government programs under the same roof.

The actual cost for funding abortions is extremely low. So why don't the people who think it should be fund it fund it privately? 100 million donors of $1 each would cover it easily. Are leftists so greedy and unorganized that they cannot fund a cause they care about? I guess so.

I am pro choice BTW.

1. Abortion isn't healthcare.
2. PP does not offer mammograms.
